Perform grinding, deburring, and finishing operations on welded products. Maintain welding equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols. Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Experience operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools. Physical dexterity, good hand-eye coordination, and ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting. Relevant welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME) preferred.
