Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets. Proficiency in production processes, planning, and quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and regulatory compliance.
