Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, including interviews and standardized assessments.Create personalized treatment plans for clients, establishing goals to address their mental health concerns.Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling to address clients' emotional and behavioral issues.Be prepared to respond to crisis situations and provide immediate intervention and support to clients in distress.Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, treatments, coping, and self-care.Maintain confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and changes in status.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social services, and community resources for comprehensive client care.Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity with diverse clients, respecting their backgrounds and needs.Follow ethical and legal standards in mental health practice, including client confidentiality and informed consent.Other duties assigned by Management.
