The therapist will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions and support positive outcomes for clients across various age groups and settings.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and modify plans as needed. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and other care team members. Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all clients. QualificationsMaster's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field. Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent based on state regulations. Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. Proficient in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based practices.
