Training / Marketing Manager with Multi-Family ExperienceQ10 Property Advisors is growing again We are adding on properties monthly which means more employeesMUST HAVE MULTI-FAMILY EXPERIENCE.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Social media mass management - Manage social media efforts with relevant content and monitor various social media platform pages for potential issues, good stories, etc.Training curriculum development.Marketing oversite - Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for multi-family properties.Monitor leads, analytics and sales/leases on a weekly basis to identify trends, evaluate traffic/sales goals pace, and make marketing plan recommendations to improve performance.Ensure property websites and marketing packages are current and updated regularly.Other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:7-10 years’ prior marketing experience in multi-family marketing and promotional activities required.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.Project management experience preferred.Knowledge and Skills:Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented, ability to effectively work on multiple projects concurrently with the innate ability to get things done with speed, urgency and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Digitally savvy with a strong focus on digital ads and social media.Bilingual Preferred.Ability to analyze budget numbers for conformance to budgetary guidelines.Demonstrated ability to use standard software applications (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Apartments247, Apartments.com, J Turner, Valence, on-line database applications).High energy work ethic with a positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment.Salary: $50-$60,000 annuallyDisclaimer: This job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
