Compensation: Base salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, plus uncapped commission.On-Target Earnings (base + commission): $75,000 - $100,000+, with uncapped upside.Who We Are:Avi & Co. is one of the most trusted retailers in New York City for pre-owned and unworn luxury watches and we have recently expanded to Aspen, CO We carry a remarkable selection of luxury watches from some of the world’s most renowned watch brands, including Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Rolex, and more. We put the customer experience above all else to create a watch-buying experience like no other. We have a luxurious private showroom in New York’s Diamond District, a luxurious showroom in Miami, and a showroom in Aspen, Colorado as well as a robust e-commerce platform to cater to domestic and international clients.This role is best suited for a self-motivated sales closer with a desire for high earningsPrimary Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)Achieve pre-set sales goals and objectives by delivering exceptional service and sales etiquette to all potential and current clients that come into the boutique.Be able to independently attend to all client’s needs, driving and closing sales.Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge to educate the client and create excitement about the product they show interest in.Educate and inspire clients on the history of Avi & Co. as well as all the brands we carry.Partner with other Sales Professionals from the team when appropriate to close the sale.Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with the watch market as well as new arrivals and sold products through our inventory system.Develop network and clientele using all resources provided to enhance business. Ability to remain professional and confidential regarding all client data and systems.Provide excellent customer service for returning clientele needing repairs, and follow up in a timely manner.Qualifications:3+ years of relevant luxury watch/ jewelry retail sales experience.Ideal candidates are great negotiators and do not mind working odd hours.Strong understanding of customer service, client prioritization, and optimization of all client engagement to meet sales goals.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members by gaining their trust and respect.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via email, text, or phone.Excellent communication, verbal, interpersonal, and written skills.Ability to work as part of a team, and contribute to overall business demands.Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong negotiation skills.Reliable and trustworthy.Bi-lingual is a plus.Benefits:Oxford/UHC Medical Insurance.VSP Vision & Guardian Dental Insurance.Time Away - (Paid holidays, Paid time off, Sick days).Flexible Spending Account.Commuter Benefits.ADP Employee Assistance Program.ADP Discount Programs (auto/home insurance, cell phones, travel, etc.).Shift:8-hour shift.Hours of Operation:Sunday- Friday 10:30 AM- 7:00PM.
