HD Hyundai Power Transformers, USA is currently seeking a Specialist to support Payroll duties.*THIS POSITION WILL BEGIN JANUARY 5TH 2026*Responsibilities:Duties as assigned including:Balancing/Reconciling benefit invoices.Payroll backup.File Maintenance – Filing & pulling files.Creating benefit vouchers.Attendance reports and points system.Any work as assigned.Qualifications:2-4 years experience (preferred).Bachelor’s degree in related field.Ability to work overtime if needed.Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of SAP and ADP (preferred).Working conditions:Mostly general office environment. Some exposure to Heavy Industry Manufacturing environment. Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. Use of general office equipment including computers, printer/copy/fax machine, phone system, etc.Reports to: HR Manager and CHROCompensation:Salary based on experience with excellent employee benefits.The majority company paid Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 100% paid company life, LTD, STD, and AD&D Insurance, 401k plan with company matchBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Experience:Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)SAP: 1 year (Preferred)ADP 2 Years (Preferred
