General Dentist – Pediatric Office | Bakersfield, CAFull-Time or Part-Time OpportunityA well-established pediatric-focused dental office in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a friendly, patient-centered General Dentist to join our growing team. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, and new graduates with an interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply.About the Opportunity:Join a supportive, family-friendly pediatric practice committed to providing gentle, high-quality care to children of all ages. Our ideal candidate is open to working in a pediatric environment—previous experience with children is a plus, but not required. You will be supported by a rotating team of assistants, ensuring you always have help chairside.Compensation Structure:Daily Base: $800–$900/day to start (flexible depending on experience)Compensation Model: Begin on a daily base, then transition to percentage of production after an initial periodInsurance & Payor Mix:Majority Medi-Cal (state insurance)Some PPO acceptedNo HMOSchedule:Open to Full-Time or Part-TimeFull-Time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM(Hours may shift slightly later in the future)Part-Time: Flexible, ideally Monday–Tuesday or Thursday–Friday (same hours)Clinical Scope:The doctor will focus on pediatric general dentistry.
