Fuss Free AC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform service repairs, and maintenance to a variety of HVAC equipment for residential customers in Palmetto, FL, and surrounding cities. About the Job:HVAC Technician to do Maintenance, Service, Installation and Ductwork in Palmetto, FL.The job is in Palmetto and in the surrounding cities. Run your own company truck, we provide the vehicle with expenses paid.Key Duties:Service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers.Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of the AC systems.Conduct all HVACR jobs in a prompt and professional manner.Perform routine HVACR service activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance.Travel to job sites in a service area and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.Maintain good working order of company vehicles including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection forms. Qualifications:Must read, write, and speak fluent English.Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.Valid social security number.Must pass a background check and drug test.EPA Certification is required.OSHA 10 certification, is preferred but not required. Physical/Work Environment Requirements:Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.Be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel, and twist.Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.
