P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. IT Services can include a wide range of activities such as: software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, network security, technical support, establishing and overseeing access rights, procuring and maintaining equipment or software, managing the infrastructure, and defining security procedures. Our Great American Software (GAS) Lab is looking for a Technical Product Management Intern to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote) out of the Cincinnati office for the summer.
Responsibilities:
- Help a cross-functional team to define a product vision and strategy, product roadmap, and requirements for success.
- Collaborates with Product Managers to define business objectives, facilitate sprint activities, and create and communicate requirements that translate business needs into strategic business and technology initiatives.
- Participates on collaboration with key stakeholders on user adoption strategies and progress on product adoption.
- Creates and maintains training materials as needed to assist in product adoption.
- Assist with product metrics: Monitors usage, assesses user data, and identifies opportunities to increase usage and improve user experience.
- Assist with maintaining a prioritized backlog. Participates in all agile ceremonies (e.g., standups, planning, retro, etc.).
