Gather and document business requirements,aligning with CDC, HIPAA, and state regulations. Write User stories, sprintplanning and align with Agile methodologies for software development lifecycle. Maintain environments to validate new and existing functionality fortesting and troubleshooting. Perform routine tasks to test and deliver productupdates. Own product backlog, prioritize features, and define user stories forscalable public health solutions. Develop process workflows, use cases, andreporting models to improve data accuracy and system efficiency. Integrateplatforms with EHRs, registries, and public health databases for real-timetracking and reporting. Lead agile execution, sprint planning, and stakeholder collaborationfor timely project delivery. Ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, anddata security in public health IT solutions. Spearhead Public Health Projects,focused on communicable/infectious disease management platforms. Improve budgetadherence through accurate forecasting and financial tracking tools, ensuringthat projects stay within their financial limits. Manage strategic modeling andtechnology implementation for public sector tools and SaaS-based diagnosticsolutions.

Must have a Bachelors degree or equivalentin Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field. Must have 2 yearsexperiences (or 2 years experience as Product Analyst or related occupation). Musthave 2 years experience writing User stories, sprint planning and aligning withAgile methodologies for software development life cycle; Maintainingenvironments to validate new and existing functionality for testing andtroubleshooting. Performing tasks to test and deliver product updates.
Must be willing to travel to unanticipatedclient site locations throughout the US for extended periods of time.
