Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high?level support to our CEO and executive team. This contract position is based in Santa Clara, California, and may convert to full?time if successful.

What Youll Do

CEO & EVP Support

  • Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and scheduling.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and client contacts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Accounting Support

  • Enter vendor invoices and manage corporate credits for the investment team.
  • Maintain the gear stock list and report it monthly.

Front?Desk Coverage

  • Welcome visitors, answer calls, and manage meeting room arrangements.
  • Maintain a clean reception area and assist with event coordination.

Office Management

  • Create and distribute policies, announcements, and manuals.
  • Assist with expense forms, meeting minutes, and internal communications.
  • Order supplies and coordinate company events.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
  • Bilingual Korean language skills.
  • Financial accounting knowledge and budget management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows PCs.
  • Self?starter able to multitask and prioritize.
  • High energy, deadline/goal?oriented individual.
Location & Compensation

Location: Santa Clara, California in?office, 5 days per week. Salary Range: $30.77 $40.38 per hour.
