Join Pride Health as a Customer Care Representative at Lenexa, KS This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.
Role: Customer Care Representative
Location: Lenexa, KS 66219
Shift Schedule:
- Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Central Time)
- First day schedule: 10:00 AM 3:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Highlights: $16-18/hour (Based on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communication (phone, email, chat, fax, AI-assisted inquiries).
- Perform routine outbound health-related calls following established scripts and procedures.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.
- Accurately respond to inquiries regarding patient results, testing services, and service concerns.
- Support client groups based on evolving business needs.
- Demonstrate caring and empathy while delivering sensitive health-related information.
- Maintain organized records and follow all established workflows.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
