Little Rock, AR, United States ArcSite Full time
Partner Account Manager

About the Company: ArcSite is the leading mobile sketching and drawing-based takeoff and estimating solution, trusted by designers, field sales teams, technicians, and inspectors. Our intuitive platform empowers users to create professional drawings on any device - without the steep learning curve of traditional CAD software - helping businesses save time, generate quotes faster, and close deals more efficiently.

We're a remote-first team with a strong sense of community, driven by growth, collaboration, and our core values: start with the customer, constantly improve, take risks, operate with transparency, and own it. At ArcSite, every team member has the opportunity to grow their career while making an impact, shaping the future of design, and living these values in everything we do.

About the Role: The Partner Account Manager plays a critical role in supporting and expanding ArcSite's rapidly growing partnership ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships, this role focuses on managing day-to-day partner relationships, driving partner engagement, optimizing performance, and supporting revenue growth initiatives across our network of integration partners, strategic alliances, and channel partners.

This role is ideal for someone who is relationship-driven, highly organized, and ready to jump in and contribute across a variety of partnership activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams - including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success - to ensure partners are set up for success and that ArcSite's joint initiatives deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing relationships with partner book of business, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with ArcSite's goals.
  • Support the Director of Partnerships in executing partnership strategies, onboarding new partners, and expanding existing relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, helping them navigate ArcSite's product, resources, and program benefits.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate co-marketing campaigns, webinars, enablement materials, and joint content.
  • Work with the Product team to surface partner feedback and participate in integration improvement discussions.
  • Monitor partner performance, track key KPIs, and deliver regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with contract renewals, partner agreements, and documentation as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement, drive revenue, and improve partner program tools, processes, and enablement.
  • Attend virtual and occasional in-person partner meetings, events, or trainings as required.
