What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Formulate and execute strategies for nuclear fuel and related service proposals, including negotiation of sales agreements and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to provide sales expertise in support of nuclear fuel business activities
  • Develop customer?specific solutions for nuclear fuel products and services to enhance wallet share
  • Build and maintain long?term relationships with customers to facilitate order progression and issue resolution
  • Achieve sales and pipeline growth targets through strategic account planning
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nuclear industry in sales, services delivery, plant operations, or maintenance
  • Solid understanding of nuclear fuel fabrication, core reload designs, and nuclear facility operations
  • Willingness to travel to customer facilities, up to 50% during key negotiation cycles
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for this position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related engineering discipline
  • Experience with sales funnel management and long?term agreement negotiations
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience in Lean methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple levels and functions
  • Demonstrated program/project management skills
