Sales Account Manager

- Formulate and execute strategies for nuclear fuel and related service proposals, including negotiation of sales agreements and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with senior leaders to provide sales expertise in support of nuclear fuel business activities
- Develop customer?specific solutions for nuclear fuel products and services to enhance wallet share
- Build and maintain long?term relationships with customers to facilitate order progression and issue resolution
- Achieve sales and pipeline growth targets through strategic account planning
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nuclear industry in sales, services delivery, plant operations, or maintenance
- Solid understanding of nuclear fuel fabrication, core reload designs, and nuclear facility operations
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities, up to 50% during key negotiation cycles
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for this position
- Master's degree in business administration or a related engineering discipline
- Experience with sales funnel management and long?term agreement negotiations
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience in Lean methodologies
- Excellent communication skills across multiple levels and functions
- Demonstrated program/project management skills
