HR Administrator Join a dynamic team and make an impact We're seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support internal operations and a variety of exciting client projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct HR compliance audits and remediation Coordinate and track training programs Support HR projects: system implementations, policy updates, performance management, and salary reviews Administer 401(k) and benefits; manage enrollment eligibility and documentation Oversee pre-employment processes including background checks and I-9 verification Develop onboarding processes for new hires Manage offboarding and communicate COBRA benefits Maintain HRIS systems and personnel files; update employee records Prepare HR reports and deliver metrics to stakeholders Respond to benefit inquiries and provide timely feedback Qualifications 3-5 years of HR experience focused on benefits administration Strong knowledge of HR regulations and compliance Experience with pre-hire documentation and onboarding Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with HRIS systems (iSolved preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and professional composure under pressure Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently Why Join Us?
