Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Commerce, California. This is a Contract position ideal for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills who thrive in a dynamic office environment. The role involves providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office tasks to maintain efficiency and order.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, providing accurate information to callers.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and ensure all records are updated promptly.
  • Support daily administrative functions, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and attentive welcome.
  • Assist in preparing and filing documents to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with team members to support ongoing projects and deadlines.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Provide general support to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls.
  • Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with office administrative practices and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
