• Service Setting: Outpatient clinic with limited hospital consults
• Coverage Type: Clinical + APP Supervision
• Coverage Period: Starting January 2, 2026 Ongoing
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Coverage Details: 20 shifts/month (can be split between 2 providers, 10 each)
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental
• Support Staff Available: 2 PAs (APPs) supervision required; RN & MA support
• EMR System: Epic

PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adults only
• Outpatient Volume: per day (36 patient-facing hours/week)
• Hospital Consults: 0 5 per month (phone consults during office hours)
• Case Mix:
• Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis
• Lupus, Scleroderma, Sjogren s Syndrome
• Gout, Osteoporosis, Vasculitis, Myopathies
• GCA, Temporal Arteritis, PMR, Sarcoidosis
• Reactive Arthritis, Raynaud s Phenomenon, Wegener s Granulomatosis, Polyarteritis Nodosa
• Positive ANA with systemic features (rash, joint swelling, pain, pleural effusion, pericarditis)
• Procedures: Joint injections

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: 90 days
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania medical license (IMLC accepted)
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS
• Board Status: BC/BE in Rheumatology
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Travel: Mileage, airfare, lodging, rental car
