Commercial Account Manager

A well-known client in Franklin, TN is seeking an Account Manager to join their growing Commercial Team. This position will provide support to Client Service Advisors within the Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Responsibilities- Daily servicing of our client
- Processing new and renewal business
- Remarketing
- Assisting clients in the claims process
- Developing relationships with clients and underwriters
- 5-10 years of commercial insurance experience
- Ability to organize, set, and maintain priorities
- Above average computer skills with a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written, oral, and phone communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Understand and analyze insurance coverage, forms, and policies
- Basic knowledge/experience with an agency management system required
- College Degree
