Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Vendition is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager for one of our high-growth partner companies. We match companies with vetted and ambitious sales professionals to build dynamic teams that change the way business is done.

As an Enterprise Account Manager:

The Account Manager is responsible for onboarding, activating, and expanding strategic enterprise partnerships across major verticals, including venues, stadiums, convention centers, colleges, and more

Youll serve as the primary relationship owner, ensuring partners remain engaged and achieve strong outcomes. Youll work cross-functionally to provide a seamless partner experience while identifying opportunities for greater impact and revenue. This role is ideal for an AM who excels at building strong partnerships, collaborating across teams, and driving measurable results.

What Youll Do:
  • Manage significant and complex enterprise accounts by building deep relationships with key stakeholders
  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing accounts and monitor account health
  • Drive renewals, cross-sell, and upsell by identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new accounts
  • Train customers on platform features, workflows, and reporting
  • Monitor account usage, engagement, and performance; proactively address risks
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular communication, guidance, and support
  • Become an expert in each verticals operational workflows and revenue drivers
  • Build feedback loops to share insights across the business to inform the product roadmap and operational excellence
What You Bring:
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in account management or customer success
  • Experience managing multi-site or multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Experience launching or scaling new products
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of driving account growth and delivering measurable results
