Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join their team, 100% Onsite, in Maplewood, MN. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Coordinator
Location: Maplewood, MN (100% Onsite, Mon-Fri)
Pay Range: $22-24/HR + Benefits
Contract Duration: 6-Month W2 Contract, potential to extend
Job Function:
- Provide regulatory certificate support to external customers, including ISO 13485 certificates, EC certificates, and Declarations of Conformity.
- Assist with state licensing for medical devices and drug products by reviewing requirements and preparing supporting documentation.
- Navigate through Board of Pharmacy websites to gather information on licensing procedures, renewals, and applications.
- Manage document flow, including mailing and receiving documents requiring managerial signatures from multiple locations.
- Support other regulatory activities as needed to ensure compliance and smooth operations within the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science discipline from an accredited institution.
- Experience working on a cross-functional team and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Some regulatory experience with drug and/or medical device products is preferred.
- Ability to navigate a matrix environment with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to support regulatory activities effectively.
