Bilingual Receptionist

The position title is Receptionist, but this person has the following duties:
- Fields all the incoming calls to our Parts Department, Accounting Staff, Sales Staff and Billers.
- Sends out all Invoices (weekly) and Statements at month end (over 400).
- Works in our software to post batches and create Invoices.
- Works with the Safety Coordinator to keep all safety supplies stocked.
- Orders all office supplies for entire company.
- Fields calls for Service (both Manure and Irrigation departments) and gets information to Technicians to prioritize.
- Tracks all Service Books and Vehicle Inspection Books.
Bilingual is a big plus
