Green Dot Labs is a premier consumer cannabis brand, an industry pioneer, a leader in the Colorado adult-use market, and a soon-to-be leader in Arizona (entering in 2025).
Founded in 2014, with roots dating back to 2008, Green Dot Labs has developed an ultra-premium cultivation model, producing high-quality cannabis with rich flavors, effects, and wellness benefits.
The brand has gained a strong following, earning top sales rankings in Colorado across various categories in 2024.
In early 2025, Green Dot Labs will expand its exclusive strain library to Arizona.
Position: Sanitation SpecialistThis role ensures the cleanliness of the facility, including common and licensed areas requiring a MED badge, with a focus on production zones.
Position: Packaging Specialist IThis entry-level role involves packaging cannabis products, focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety in our craft concentrate lab.
Packaging Responsibilities:- Follow safety guidelines for handling materials
- Prepare containers, measure and weigh products
- Package items, apply labels, and assist with outgoing orders
- Maintain lab equipment and cleanliness
- Record packaging data daily
- Assist with deliveries as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Physical activity such as walking, lifting (at least 20 pounds), and standing is required. Safety gear and PPE are mandatory.

- Honest, punctual, reliable, self-motivated
- Effective communicator, accountable, driven for improvement
- Dexterity for handling small products
- Efficient time management, problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of lab safety procedures (PPE, OSHA, HazMat)
- High school diploma or GED
- Over 21 years old
- Valid MED Badge and reliable transportation
