Receptionist Position

We're looking for a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, managing the front desk and carrying out a range of administrative and clerical duties.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and time-manage with a variety of tasks.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
