Job Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our company, managing the front office and ensuring the smooth running of the administrative tasks. This role is crucial for creating a positive first impression and requires a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Management:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Communication:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with data entry and word processing as required.
- Help organize and maintain office common areas.
