About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, scrappy individual who is ready to jump into an order fulfillment role with a fast-paced tech startup. Qualified candidates should thrive under pressure, learn quickly, and work efficiently. The role of Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for preparing, packing, tracking, and shipping orders. Conducts regular audits of transaction details to ensure all order processing maintains the required accuracy, customer service, and quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities- Ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhering to company policies with regard to documentation and management of costs
- Take care when packing orders to ensure the integrity of the contents while in transit to the customer
- Must assemble, label, and complete system transaction of shipping for each individual shipment
- Ensures all transactions are executed correctly and appropriately by status
- Review all picked orders for accuracy, correct quantity, and size
- Communicating with other team members and departments to solve problems
- Following up with appropriate channels when mistakes are found
- Experience working with spreadsheets
- The ability to consistently identify issues
- The ability to closely follow quality standards
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- A love of spreadsheets and cardboard boxes
- A love for the weather
- A fun, dynamic work environment
- $18 per hour with the option for the right candidate to move to a salaried position
