ABOUT FULFILLMENT

Our fulfillment team is dedicated to operational excellence, ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in the experience we offer, handling everything from picking and packing to shipping orders. Here, you will gain meaningful experience that contributes to your career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to enhance guest experience.
  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them effectively with their needs.
  • Select and prepare items for pickup and delivery for digital orders.
  • Accurately manage order pickups and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain workspace and supplies, keeping everything organized.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards promptly.
  • Participate in guest service tasks like backup cashiering as needed.

Expectations:

  • Handle cash register operations accurately when required.
  • Lift and move merchandise efficiently, including items up to 44 pounds.
  • Be flexible in working hours and maintain regular attendance.
  • Be prepared to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
  • Stay mobile throughout your shift.
