Overall, our team works together to go above and beyond to support each other and our clients./ph3About the Role/h3pWere looking for a client-facing, strategically minded Marketing Account Manager with a passion for multimedia and a strong foundation in B2B SaaS marketing. This is a client-facing role, and you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams for your accounts in order to lead integrated, multimedia-driven marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Youll be responsible for developing and managing creative processes across video production, motion graphics, interactive content, and visual designensuring all deliverables align with client objectives and brand standards./ppYoull work closely with our cross-functional internal teams (designers, video editors, content strategists, and developers) to translate complex B2B messaging into compelling, high-performing multimedia content. As a trusted advisor, youll also guide clients through best practices in visual storytelling, content planning, and creative executionhelping them evolve their brand presence and effectively communicate their value in competitive markets./ppThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multimedia campaigns and creative production processes in an agency or consulting environment. Drive client retention and growth by identifying opportunities for new service offerings, contract expansions, and renewals./liliManage timelines, budgets, and project scopes for client accounts./liliAct as the primary point of contact for creative projects./liliProactively identify and implement improvements to account management processes to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3h3Account Management Expertise/h3ulliMinimum six (6) years of experience in creative project management, multimedia production, and/or account management in a B2B or agency setting./liliExtensive experience managing creative projects from end-to-end, including video production, digital assets for social media, and website development./liliStrong client services and management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment./liliProficiency with modern project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira,) and experience with agile methodologies./li/ulh3Technical Creative Proficiency/h3ulliA strong portfolio of video, design, and multimedia work, especially for enterprise tech or SaaS clients./liliFamiliarity with platforms like HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video production tools./liliAbility to interpret performance data (e.g., video views, engagement rates, website traffic) and a basic understanding of SEO to inform and optimize creative strategy./liliA strong understanding of how visual design and multimedia support the full marketing funnel./li/ulh3Client Communication Skills/h3ulliSkilled in communicating visual ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders./liliAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors./liliExperience in presenting to and managing relationships with enterprise clients or executive stakeholders./liliAvailable to work remotely during standard North American Eastern business hours./liliWorked in an agency and environment with competing priorities and frequent change - change is not uncomfortable, and you have the skills to adapt and react as needed./liliOpenness to receiving feedback and applying it for performance and process improvement./liliAn ability to identify and understand big-picture ideas as well as granular details./liliCreativity and curiosity to generate new solutions to existing challenges./li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliFull-time, salaried role with competitive pay/liliHealth, dental, and vision insurance/lili18 days of paid time off and 8 paid holidays/liliSkill and career growth training/liliRemote work stipend for tech and/or co-working memberships/liliAnnual in-person company retreat (past locations include San Diego, California, and Mexico)/liliAimtal is a fully remote agency based in the United States, but our team is located around the world, including North America, South America, and Europe.
