Compensation: $21.00-$24.00/hour

What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Clerk:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance team by:

  • Processing 80-100 invoices weekly.
  • Handling ACH payments and managing check runs.
  • Scanning and organizing payment documentation.
  • Working within MIP and Microid modules to create and post invoices.
  • Following up with internal teams to gather necessary billing information.
  • Managing 50-60 ACH and check transactions per week.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all AP processes as a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk Role:

To succeed as an Accounts Payable Clerk, you should bring:

  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs).
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Experience with ERP systems-MIP is a plus.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others.
