  • 2 Nocturnal Emergency Medicine Physicians

Schedule & Coverage
  • Minimum 120 hours per monthwith additional shifts available"no cap and all paid equally
  • 12-hour and 10-hour shiftsdesigned for flexibility and lifestyle
  • Rotations between main ED and free-standing ED locations (exclusive FSED coverage may be considered)
  • Main ED staffed daily with5 physiciansand2"4 APPs
  • PIT (Provider-in-Triage) model for efficient patient flow
  • PPH:1.5"1.7 in main ED
  • LWBS:
  • No call requirements"true shift work promoting healthy balance
Facilities & Technology
  • Main ED:42 private beds, divided by acuity; no hallway beds or corridor boarding
  • FSED (Socastee):8 beds 3T MRI, CT, ultrasound, full lab
  • FSED (Hwy 22 & 90):12 beds CT, X-ray, ultrasound, full lab
  • Annual volume:50,000 ER visits
  • Support services include:
  • 24/7 intensivist & surgical backup
  • Chest Pain Center & STEMI program with round-the-clock interventional cardiology
  • Level III Trauma Center with
  • Access to da Vinci robotic technology, advanced imaging, and on-site diagnostics
