OrderlyMeds is a leading player in the telehealth industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions that enhance access to healthcare services. We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and drive our telehealth platform to new heights. You will work closely alongside Designers, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product Management and Engineering to build a best-in-class telemedicine platform with varying complexity across multiple product categories and touchpoints. You should be a user-centric product manager and problem solver, who is also excited to find simple, elegant solutions to meet our business goals. You are motivated and ego?free, and are constantly looking to improve, ideate and refine design. This role will require a hands?on product manager who is detail oriented and driven to provide intuitive user?focused products and product features. You must feel comfortable being able to flex between being strategic and also executional, in addition to working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You are comfortable at defining problems, ideating concepts and synthesizing data, with the ability to translate dense, complex information into clear feature requirements.

• Contribute to the execution of a comprehensive product strategy aligned with our company's vision and goals for our telehealth platform.
• Collaborate on the development and management of a dynamic product roadmap that aligns with business priorities, integrating user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Use customer insights to shape the direction of the product and prioritize features that deliver value to users.
• Collaborate closely with cross?functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to conceptualize, prioritize, and implement new features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as the Clinical team, the Operations team, Engineering, and Leadership to gather insights, address concerns, and maintain alignment between business objectives and product development.
• Participate in data analysis to evaluate product performance, identify areas for enhancement, and contribute to data?driven decisions.
• Promote excellent user experiences by participating in user?centered design principles, contributing to usability testing, and providing input on product design iterations for improved usability and user satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the evolving telehealth landscape, industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare software.
  

• 4 year degree in relevant field required
• 4+ years of modern product management practices
• A proven track record of driving innovation and delivering to stated business goals
• A holistic approach to product management, from high-level strategy to small feature details
• Youre a self?starter who is solution oriented, and youre comfortable with defining, scoping and designing for new opportunities with and without the input of others
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present your decisions and processes clearly and confidently
• Enthusiasm for growth and improvement, openness to feedback, and ability to work well with other product managers of all levels
• Adaptability and excitement for working in a fast?paced environment
• Demonstrated success at building and launching product initiatives that have a significant positive impact on the business and the user
• Experience working with both Engineering and Business Stakeholders as a Product Manager
• Strong aptitude for critical thinking and understanding business needs, with the ability to translate user insights and data into actionable product strategies
• Proficient at working with Excel or similar tools
