- Develop and execute technical sales penetration strategies for key motion control markets
- Understand customer needs related to technology, product direction, and design processes
- Build and maintain relationships with key technical decision-makers and influencers
- Drive solutions to increase design activity, design wins, and revenue
- Create technical presentations and tools to enhance customer engagement
- Minimum 8+ years in technical sales, business development, applications engineering, or equivalent technical role
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred
- Deep understanding of customer needs, business drivers, and competitive offerings
- Ability to solve complex problems and lead accounts with high financial/strategic impact
- Experience in negotiating and influencing long-term client relationships
- Experience serving as a consultant to management on business unit market trends
- Proven track record of developing innovative solutions for complex challenges
