Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to support our Account Directors in managing large (300+ employees) and complex client relationships. This role is pivotal in executing strategic initiatives, fostering strong client and broker relationships, and driving year-over-year retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Account Directors to implement client strategies and ensure successful outcomes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers to support retention and growth.

Provide expert administrative support and guidance to client constituents.

Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to inform client decisions.

Monitor market trends and identify competitive opportunities.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
-
Participate in and/or lead client meetings as appropriate.

Partner with internal teams (underwriting, sales, operations, analytics, etc.) to ensure client needs are met.
Required Qualifications
-
4-6 Years of Industry Experience
-
Strong understanding of health plan market (Group Health Insurance)
-
Strong knowledge of Excel functionality for reporting and data analytics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TEAMs and PowerPoint
-
Exceptional communication skills
-
20% Travel required
Preferred Qualifications

Self-funded Health plan experience

Experience working with public entities

Health & Life Insurance License

Bilingual (Spanish)
Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
