We are the SAP Ariba Analytics Product Management team, part of SAPs broader Procurement family. Our mission is to help customers increase efficiency, avoid disruption, and reduce approval cycles in their procurement cycles.

As product leaders within this domain, we bridge engineering, field services, UX, and platform teams to define and deliver visionary analytics capabilities grounded in real enterprise needs. We collaborate across functions and geographies to craft product strategy, prioritize roadmap features, manage dependencies, and drive adoption. About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on Analytics to join our product management organization and help evolve Spend Control Tower into a unified analytics experience for our customers. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teamsincluding UX, engineering, platform, and field servicesto define the strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver innovative analytics capabilities that enable customers to access and derive actionable insights from procurement data across the Business Development Cloud. While this is not a hands-on coding role, youll need strong technical fluency in analytics tools, data modeling, and cloud-native architectures to bridge engineering, customers, and the larger SAP ecosystem.

Your focus will include shaping the future of Spend Control Tower, driving adoption of analytics features within Ariba, and harmonizing our analytics offerings within SAP Business Data Cloud. Youll work closely with engineering and platform teams to manage integrations, roadmap dependencies, and deliver of capabilities that serve both procurement and enterprise analytics goalsaligning product strategy with evolving market demands and technical feasibility.Youll also work across the company with key internal partners to ensure alignment and success.

What youll do

Conduct in-depth discovery to understand customer problems, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics capabilities, collaborating with data engineers, UX designers, and platform teams to deliver high-quality analytics experiences.

Define and monitor analytics KPIs and metrics and use that data to inform roadmap adjustments and product strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are optimized for growth, aligned with customer needs, uniquely differentiated, and effectively positioned for Go-To-Market success.

Collaborate with Product Marketing to communicate the product vision, its customer value, and future impact to customers, partners, and analysts.

What youll bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

3-6 years of experience in customer-facing product management

Strong knowledge of the analytics space, especially advanced analytics tools that handle data modeling.

Experience building SaaS applications in a B2B context, preferably for enterprise customers.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating technical vision into business outcomes.

A strong ownership bias and willingness to jump into areas with great levels of ambiguity and drive clarity and progress forward.

Soft Skills & Approach

Collaborative and comfortable working across distributed global teams.

Effective communicator. Able to influence and align with internal and external stakeholders.
