Position Overview
Join our compassionate and dedicated team as a full-time overnight Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) In this crucial role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance for our long-term care residents.
- Competitive pay starting at $21+ per hour based on experience.
- Receive a generous $5,000 sign-on bonus.
- Work 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6:30 AM.
- Enjoy a rotation of working 36 hours one week and 48 hours the following week.
- Required to work every other weekend and holiday.
- Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care and assistance to residents, focusing on their physical and psychological needs as outlined in their care plan.
- Assist with basic health care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and transferring residents using proper techniques.
- Provide vital signs monitoring and document resident interactions and care-related outcomes.
- Assist residents during mealtime, ensuring a pleasant dining experience and hydration.
- Support wellness and recreational programs by encouraging resident participation.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in resident living areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 16 years old; prior experience in long-term care is a plus.
- CNA certification required—training provided by the facility for eligible candidates.
- Commit to ongoing education with at least 12 hours of continuing education annually.
- Must comply with local registry requirements if applicable.
