Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a fast-paced healthcare environment? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Outpatient Clinics, playing a key role in managing front desk operations and assisting with various administrative functions. This position offers valuable experience in healthcare administration while ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
  • Manage front window duties, greeting patients and assisting with inquiries.
  • Handle compliance tasks, medical records, scanning, and psychiatric secretary responsibilities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and organization of patient records.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to maintain efficient clinic operations.
  • Support the administrative team with day-to-day office functions.
