Job Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team at our Clayton Indiana 46158 facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating ALL FOUR of the following forklifts: Stand-Up Reach, Walkie Rider, Dock Stocker, and Order Picker.
Responsibilities:
\- Safely operate forklifts including order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and lift trucks
\- Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures
\- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks
\- Move products to designated areas in the warehouse
\- Perform equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues- Work closely with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient operations- Utilize basic math skills for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
Experience:
\- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a distribution center or warehouse environment
\- Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance
\- Ability to operate all four: High Reach, Walkie Rider, Dock Stocker, and Order Picker on Crown Equipment\- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods
