Job Responsibilities:
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
• Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and storage racks
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Identify and report any damaged or misplaced products
• Assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet productivity goals
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Skills Required:
• Valid forklift certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating at least 3 of the following forklifts:
-Reach Truck, Order Picker, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack, Sit Down
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment to safety and willingness to continuously learn and improve
