We’re seeking a motivated Client Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients and community partners. No experience required — we provide paid training, hands-on learning, and clear opportunities for career growth.

Position Overview

This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are professional, organized, and eager to start a career in client relations, communications, community engagement, or business support. You’ll learn how to manage client needs, support daily operations, and help deliver an outstanding experience to the partners we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and community partners

  • Respond to inquiries and provide clear, supportive guidance

  • Maintain accurate client records, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely communication

  • Assist leadership in coordinating client activities, programs, and outreach initiatives

  • Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships

  • Prepare reports, materials, and communications for internal and external use

  • Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to excellent service

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented demeanor

  • Highly organized and detail-focused

  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment

  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required

  • No previous experience necessary — full training provided
