In this pivotal role, you will be part of a dedicated team of developers who thrive on creating engaging games in complex genres such as simulation, RTS, and management. We value multi-talented individuals who take initiative, as every role is hands-on and directly contributes to the games we produce.
Design and Lead QA Strategy
As the Lead QA Analyst, you will shape the studio's quality assurance strategy, ensuring QA is integrated into our development process from the ground up. You will be the voice of QA in planning and milestone discussions, collaborating with design, code, and art teams to provide actionable feedback centered on the player experience. Your leadership will extend to both internal and external testing efforts, encompassing everything from day-to-day smoke tests to major milestones.

- Efficiently organized internal and external playtests that yield valuable insights for the team.
- Enhanced performance, quality, and playability resulting from an effective QA strategy.
Hands-On Quality Assurance
You will take ownership of the entire QA pipeline, from test design to execution and reporting. Using Unity, you will identify issues, verify fixes, create and maintain comprehensive test plans, and communicate clear and concise risk assessments. Your ability to reproduce defects accurately and ensure minimal regressions will be critical.
Success looks like:
- Thorough coverage of features and milestones, accompanied by rapid validation loops.
- High precision in reproducing issues with clearly defined pass/fail criteria.
- Stability dashboards and trend reports that support informed decision-making.
Optimize Build Flow
Your role will involve collaborating with production to enhance build distribution and release management continuously. You will define release processes, manage build distribution for the team and playtesters, and seek out process bottlenecks while driving automation improvements using Confluence and Jira to keep our operations transparent and efficient.
