Job Title: Entry Level School Bus Operator

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 - $5,000

Pay: $24 - $28/hr + bonuses

Schedule: Part-time weekdays, Split shift (AM/PM), No nights, weekends, or holidays

No CDL? No worries We will fund your training and help you earn your CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Safely transporting students to and from educational programs
  • Operating school buses along assigned routes
  • Conducting daily pre- and post-trip inspections and safety checks
  • Assisting students on and off the bus as needed
  • Following all DOT, state, and district safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Possess a safe driving record (no suspensions, etc.)
  • Ability to pass drug tests, DOT physicals, and background checks
  • CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements (or a willingness to obtain)
