Position: School Bus Driver - Paid CDL Training

Compensation: $24-$28/hr + potential bonuses

Work Schedule: Part-time weekdays with split shifts (AM/PM). Enjoy no nights, weekends, or holidays

What We Offer:

  • $3,000-$5,000 sign-on bonus based on license status
  • Paid CDL training valued at $6,000
  • Averaging 25 hours per week
  • Split shifts typically from 5:30-9:00 AM & 1:00-5:00 PM (exact times may vary)

No CDL? No worries We provide training and support to help you earn your CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport students to and from school and related programs
  • Operate school buses along designated routes
  • Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections and safety evaluations
  • Assist students with boarding and disembarking as necessary
  • Adhere to all DOT, state, and district safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Aged 21 or older with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Must possess a safe driving record (no suspensions, etc.)
  • Ability to pass a drug test, DOT physical, and background checks
  • Must be willing to obtain a CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements
