We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities and welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences. During your training period, you will receive compensation.
As part of a growing network that includes sister practices across the country, our practice provides a strong foundation for your career. Since its inception in 2005, our Houston-based practice has expanded its reach across Texas, with a monthly patient census of approximately 2300 and a skilled staff of 70, including physicians, speech-language pathologists, and support personnel.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual income potential ranging from $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on patient volume.

- Malpractice insurance coverage provided by the practice, including tail coverage.
With over 400,000 evaluations completed in the past 19 years, our practice has an impeccable record with no malpractice inquiries or actions.
Our mission at Midwest Dysphagia Consultants is to offer expert dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallows for patients experiencing swallowing difficulties. We use a mobile unit to deliver consultations effectively.
We cater to various facilities and private practices, promptly scheduling swallowing studies. Requests are typically routed through our office and scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, often on the same day based on daily volume and location. Our aim is to have our staff completed with their work by 4:00 to 5:00 PM daily.
