We are looking for both full-time and part-time Nephrology Specialists to enhance our team, and we welcome applicants from various experience levels. Our practice operates as part of a broader network with additional locations in New England and Texas. Since our inception, we have expanded significantly, currently managing approximately 2300 patient evaluations each month with a dedicated team of 70 staff members, including physicians and speech-language pathologists.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual income ranging from $160,000 to $225,000, or more based on patient volume

In our 19-year history with over 400,000 patient evaluations, we are proud to report no malpractice inquiries or actions.

Midwest Dysphagia Consultants is committed to offering professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies for patients experiencing swallowing difficulties. Our services are provided using a specially equipped mobile unit.

We collaborate with various facilities, private practices, and homebound patients who request our swallowing studies. Our office staff ensures that these requests are scheduled 95% of the time within 24 to 72 hours, and we strive to accommodate same-day scheduling whenever possible. We value work-life balance, aiming to have our team home by 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM each day.
