Here, you will have the opportunity to build units that meet our high production and quality standards. We provide comprehensive training, ensuring you understand safety protocols and product specifications.
As an Assembly Technician, you will:
- Follow blueprints and work orders to assemble restroom trailers to meet quality standards.
- Perform necessary repairs and modifications as required.
- Utilize both hand and power tools effectively to assemble our units in a timely manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a quality-focused mindset and collaborating with the quality team to review standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Keeping your workspace clean and organized, adhering to 5S principles.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with fellow team members and leadership.
- Prioritizing safety by ensuring compliance with safety protocols and contributing to a safe working environment.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- The ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.
- Experience working with power tools and hand tools.
- The capability to operate a saw.
- Prior experience in RV construction or general construction is preferred.
- Familiarity with fiberglass is a plus.
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Repetitive hand and arm motions.
- Bending, reaching, and climbing as needed.
- Capability to lift heavy objects when required.
