Job Description

Pro Resources is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician for a client in Elkhart, IN. The ideal Maintenance Technician candidate will have strong experience in wood shop, fabrication, machine shop, and welding. This role supports engineering projects by building, maintaining, and testing mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Apply Today

Shift and Compensation
  • 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7-4 PM
  • Compensation is from 58,240 USD to 62,400 USD per year
Job Duties
  • Assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical systems
  • Use hand/machine tools and CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks)
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement design improvements
  • Document work and maintain accurate project records
  • Lead and delegate tasks to Technician I as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and standards
Background Profile
  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4-6 years of machining and mechanical technician experience
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles
  • Must be detail-oriented and technically proficient
