Weekly Hours: 40.00
Salary Range: $20.00 - $29.50 per hour

Role Overview:
As a Senior Nursing Assistant, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and health changes
- Providing supportive communication and companionship to residents
- Assisting in mobility and daily activities, including the dining experience
- Collaborating with nursing staff while adhering to infection control protocols
- Maintaining cleanliness in resident areas and supporting recreational activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum age of 16 with two years of nursing assistant experience preferred
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Commitment to ongoing education with a minimum of 12 additional hours per year
- Ability to complete Restorative Nursing training within six months
