Job Overview:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
  • ssist new and existing clients with home purchases, refinancing, or home equity loans.
  • nalyze financial goals and recommend the best lending solutions.
  • Submit mortgage applications and help clients gather required documents.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the loan process.
  • Position requires SAFE Act registration and maintaining good standing with the federal registry system.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent client care.
  • Communicate with clients and business partners by phone, email, and messaging.
  • Use multiple systems to assist clients and referral partners.
  • Follow established lending policies and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding service.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and mortgage experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Contact center experience.
  • Knowledge of loan products: Conventional, Jumbo, Government, FHA, HUD.
  • Familiarity with underwriting, closing, and federal lending regulations.

Work Schedule & Training:
  • Regular schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM (Eastern).
  • Rotating Saturdays: 8 AM-3:30 PM.
  • Training: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (approx. 8 weeks).
  • Training is 100% in-office, no time off allowed.
  • Post-training: Hybrid with 5 in-office days per month.

  • Baseline incentive available for first 6 months.
