Mortgage Loan Officer | Mortgage Sales Specialist

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
- ssist new and existing clients with home purchases, refinancing, or home equity loans.

- Position requires SAFE Act registration and maintaining good standing with the federal registry system.

- Use multiple systems to assist clients and referral partners.
- Follow established lending policies and processes.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services.
- Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding service.
- Minimum 1 year of sales and mortgage experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Knowledge of loan products: Conventional, Jumbo, Government, FHA, HUD.
- Familiarity with underwriting, closing, and federal lending regulations.

- Regular schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM (Eastern).
- Rotating Saturdays: 8 AM-3:30 PM.
- Training: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (approx. 8 weeks).
- Training is 100% in-office, no time off allowed.
- Post-training: Hybrid with 5 in-office days per month.
- Baseline incentive available for first 6 months.
- Eligible for quarterly incentives based on performance.
