We are seeking Retention Loan Officers to join our newest division focused on retaining our portfolio of loans. Retention Loan Officers specialize in maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, and creating customers for life. This role has the opportunity for continued growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicate with existing Rosegate portfolio clients through various triggers and call campaigns. This will include both purchase and refinance opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to modify their current financing to better suit their evolving needs.
  • Document all client interactions, proposals, and transactions in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing Rosegate portfolio clients, fostering long-term loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Proven track record of success in the mortgage industry.
  • Eager to learn, develop, and continuously improve every day.
  • Active NMLS license.
