About the Position
The E-Commerce Auction Lister identifies collectible items and lists on eBay and other marketplaces. This role is also responsible for data entry, packing, shipping and tracking of sales.
Pay Rate: $21.49/hour
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
- Survey donations to identify specialty and collectible items to list E-commerce (eBay and other marketplaces).
- Receive and sort items from Evergreen Goodwill locations.
- Research, photograph and list auctions on eBay and other marketplaces with pictures and description of merchandise to bring maximum value.
- Provide customer service and communication with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain an eBay rating of at least 98%.
- Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Meeting the required daily productivity quotas.
- Data entry and tracking of items sold and shipped.
- Maintaining a daily tracking of listed items.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalency preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of E-Commerce book processes is preferred.
- Experience listing items on EBay preferred. Familiarity with digital photography preferred.
- Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Internet research skills
- Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job.
Physical Abilities:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds; have developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers; standing for long periods, frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders; able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain).Able to communicate with others effectively both verbally and written, including those who have limited English skills. Maintain reliable attendance.
